Collette Roche joined Manchester United as Chief Operating Officer in 2018 and is responsible for managing all aspects of Old Trafford and leads operations, infrastructure development, digital transformation, and a number of corporate functions across the Club. She is also the Chair of the Manchester United Foundation Board.
Prior to this Collette held several executive and non-executive roles across a variety of sectors with FTSE/listed organisations including Ford Motor Group, Siemens, United Utilities and the UK Board of Trade. She joined from the Manchester Airport Group (MAG), where she was part of the team responsible for doubling the value of the group over a 5-year period and served in a variety of roles, including MD, Manchester Airport and Chief of Staff & Strategy. Her accomplishments included securing investment, acquiring and integrating Stansted Airport, building the business case and master plan for the £1bn Manchester Airport transformation programme and developing the 10-year Group strategy and operating model. Collette was listed by Vogue as one of the 25 most influential women working in Britain in 2018 and featured in the FTSE 100 Women to Watch list in 2022.
