As a member of the leadership team at St George’s Park, Paul is responsible for strategy and team operations across all England Men’s National Teams from Seniors down to Under 15s.
As Equality Adviser to the board of the Premier League, he wrote the No Room for Racism Action Plan and chaired the independent panel which assesses clubs on progress against the Premier League Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Standard.
Outside football, Paul was previously a partner at PwC, the global professional services firm, where he served on the management boards of the firms in UK and Africa. He also held several non-executive board roles including at Metropolitan Police and Guy’s & St Thomas NHS Trust. He was awarded the OBE in the 2020 New Year’s Honours List for services to diversity and inclusion in business.
