Prices for the ceremony
Prices include pre luncheon drinks, a 3 course meal and 1/2 a bottle of wine, entertainment and attendance at the ceremony.
- Table of 10 – £3,950 + VAT
- Table of 12 – £4,450 + VAT
- Individual place – £425 + VAT
Hospitality Package : £4,950 + VAT
- 1 x Table of 12 in premium position
- Reserved branded area in drinks reception to greet your guests
- Logo to be displayed in drinks reception prior to ceremony
- Pre lunch drinks/3 course meal + 5 bottles of wine
- 2 bottles of champagne on your table
- Branding on the table
- Photographs to be taken at your table to be sent to you and your guests afterwards

Terms & Conditions
100% of the booking fee must be paid within 30 days following the date of invoice. This booking may only be cancelled by notifying the organisers. All cancellations MUST be confirmed in writing no later than three weeks before the event. A cancellation fee of 50% will apply.
Please note after this time no refunds are available for table bookings or individual places. Should individual guests on your table be unable to attend, we would welcome a substitute guest attending in their place. Similarly, substitutions can be made for individual seats, at no extra charge. Please notify us by email at: katy@r3events.co.uk with the name and job title of both the registered guest and the replacement guest.
Non-payment or non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation on the day of the event and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
